The comprehensive clinical assessment (CCA) is the entry point for behavioral health and substance abuse services.  During the initial appointment, the CCA will be completed.

The Clinician will engage the client to obtain a comprehensive overview of the client’s presenting problems, level of functioning, and biopsychosocial history.

The CCA results in recommendations and diagnosis of behavioral health and/or substance abuse diagnosis, if appropriate.
