Grief is intense sorrow caused by a very undesirable event like losing a loved one especially to death. Having known grief, it's important to know each and every individual is susceptible to its shackles as we all have people who are dear to us a may cause us intense sorrow should we lose them.
How To Recognize Grief
The different signs and manifestation of grief can generally be categorized into three basic groups: physical symptoms, emotional implications, and social indicators.
Physical Symptoms: It’s pretty normal for someone who is in grief to experience the following physical symptoms: headaches, weakness, fatigue, as well as aches and pains. Grieving patients have also been recorded to experience difficulty sleeping and a general loss of appetite.

Trauma Focused Therapy: this therapy unlike the others is an evidence see therapy which aims at addressing children and adults alike with post-traumatic stress disorder that has driven them into a depressed state. It is available for both the affected patient and the caregivers. Sessions are split into child specific session, parent specific session and parent-child conjoint session.
